Reyna was incredibly helpful and made the our home buying experience easy. All the other staff (Shelia and Karen) was also helpful with all of our questions and keeping us updated. Our home was just delivered and so far we are happy. We traveled about 4 hours to purchase our home through them and I feel like it was definitely worth our trip. At a local dealer we shopped at beforehand, of the homes within our price range we looked at, one was more expensive, with less sqft feet and had a floorplan that really didn't work for us. The one with a better floorplan was about 300sqft smaller and much more expensive. We are really happy with the size of home we got for the price, which including all upgrades we made and the delivery cost included came out to less than $55/sqft. It's just unbeatable! A double wide comparable in size that is set up for sale near us right now is selling for almost $230/sqft so we are definitely saving a ton of money over buying a stick built or existing home.

I just want to say that if you are in the market to purchase a new home , champion homes has the best . Deborah Parks is just amazing ! She is very knowledgeable and just the best sales person to work with. She made sure to answer all my questions. Anytime I called her or seen her she was eager to assist me. She always has a bright smile and great attitude. I am somewhat of a difficult person to please but Deborah made sure I was happy. She even called me a couple times to check in to see if I had anymore questions or if she could assist me with anything. Hands down champion homes is phenomenal and has the best sales team. First time home owners/builders. - Expo homes was definitely the right place to go. We took our time and looked all over but kept coming back to expo homes. Our experience with Reyna and getting to learn the process and finding a good deal on our home was wonderful, She was very helpful and gave me all the information we needed to make our choice! Don’t wait, visit The Factor Expo soon. I purchased a double wide from another company for our beach lot 2 years ago and that was a good experience. However, the Factory Expo experience was/is a terrific home-buying experience. The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always available for my endless questions and requests for advice. Deborah continues to be my life-line with this major change in my life. In 8 months I lost my husband, sold our home and now buying a beautiful Factor Expo double wide. The care and support by this staff during this process is so appreciated. I consider them friends.

If you're delivering insulation they take about 2 to 2 1/2 to unload they got a cement pad with a dock plate. Room to maneuver and nice people

Do you remove old homes from the property before bringing out the new one? It will be going in the same spot. I will need to come to Lillington and meet with general manager and discuss a small one bed/ one bath single wide with her. For my disabled brother and that is one of his questions.

I was a walk in customer and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I am new to the area and my future plans completely depend on my current property selling. Timber took the time to show me several houses and explain the possible delivery times, costs and future possibilities. Me and my son had a awesome home purchasing experience with Mrs. Beverly Smith at Factory Homes Expo located at 115 Titan Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC 27546. She was very professional, sincere, down to earth, attentive to our needs and to the many questions we had addressing each and every one of our concerns going above and beyond and did not pressured us to purchase . She made this time stress free and made us feel at home and she is an asset to your company. The rest of the Office staff was great as well assisting when they were needed, helping each other out like it should be and every phone call and email was addressed in a timely manner, which is a rarity nowadays; overall great service and it should be noted and commended. My fiance and I went recently to look at homes and they are gorgeous. They have a large selection of floor plans. You get so much more for your money than with a stick built plan. Debbie Parks was courteous and very detailed about the best way to figure out what you want. It is a very no pressure atmosphere. They let their product and their customer service make the sales for them. I love that.

I called Factory Expo home center and spoke with Pamela Hubbard. She answered all of my questions on the phone. Pamela offered to stay late and wait on my husband and I to make the 2 hour trip to look at homes. Pamela was very professional and very informative. She spent about 2 hours with us showing us the homes and answering all of our questions. My husband and I have spent hour looking at homes and house plans. We are so glad we made the long trip down. We would definitely recommend Factory Expo Home Centers and Pamela Hubbard to anyone that is in search of their new home.
